Yes DUET conducted by delhi university is for engineering too, eligibility criteria -

• Candidates must have qualified their Class 12th and must have secured an aggregate of 60% marks in the qualifying examination.
• Candidates must have secured at least 60% marks in four subjects which must include Mathematics as compulsory subject.
• Tentative dates state that application forms will release in may and you will need to apply online.

Hi, the the dates for application forms are out from 15th of April, 2019 and you can fill them by first week of June. The exam dates aren't out yet but it's tentatively conducted in 2nd or 3rd week of June.
