Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you as your category certificate is of before 1 april , 2021 then it is not valid and is need to be updated after 1 april 2021 so you are advised to get it updated by visiting it to the nearest tehsil or S.D.M office. Validity of any category certificate is till 1 april after it you need to renew it.

No I think EWS certificate which is valid for 2020-2021

Is not applicable for AP EAMCET 2021

Try to get renewl which will take maximum  5 to 7 days

And get new EWS certificate which is valid for 2021-22
