Under All India Counselling  only Central Universities have allotted EWS reservation this year. Few Private Medical Colleges didnt have the infrastructure to accomodate EWS reservation. Yes definitely there is reservation available for economically weaker section. It came into effect for first time this year neet 2019.so you don't have to worry about these things and you will definitely get 10 percent of reservations if you get your certificate made for economically weaker section.
