yes you can get admission in any private college pursuing any bachelor degree while you can prepare for neet 2020. it is a good desicion but i would suggest if you do that then do not compromise your neet studies. prepare for neet religiously everyday. bachelors degree is just second option make neet your first priority if you do so.
