As per the analysis of previous years cutoff and stats for csab counseling, I have observed that - the cutoff opening and closing ranks are written on the basis of CRL ranks for each and every different categories.

So, it can be assumable that csab special round takes place on the basis of CRL ranks under different categories.
So, this year also the csab can be held on the basis of CRL ranks under different categories. So if you are and ews candidate then there is a chance that your CRL rank will be considered during counseling.
