It is always better to have the mark sheet of final year along with you during the time of counselling but if you have not received it from your university yet, you should contact your college for a verification of your studentship in third year degree course when you go for the counselling. You should also inform the BHU helpdesk about your situation before going to the counselling. You will be allowed to submit your marksheet later if you get admitted.
