GGSIPU is definitely good colleges in almost every aspect. 

But the thing is biotechnology is not so developed or popular branch in India. 

You can do biotech from GGSIPU but it won't fetch you a very good packages like 20-30 lakhs. But you can work hard prepare for GATE and do mtech in biotech from IITS. 

Or you can do MS from foreign which is best option

If you are getting only GGSIPU.  You can go for it and study sincerely and  should go for higher studies.
