Rather than the college you are pursuing your degree from what matters is the amount if knowledge you gained during your course period. Even if you get placed in good hospitals after your graduation, if your work is not up to the mark it will eventually lead to you losing the position. So, it is also fine to pursue your masters from deemed universities.
