You are absolutely eligible to appear for the DU JAT (Delhi University Joint Entrance Test). Any student who have completed 12th from CBSE or it's equivalent board is eligible to write DU JAT. It's is conducted by Delhi University itself and it is conducted to offer admission for the courses like BMS (Bachelor of Management Studies) or BA Hons. So you are eligible.
