You are mixing two things up. IHM chennai is know as the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai which is a Government institute affiliated by Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi , situated in Tamil NADU. In Tirupati the name of the college is State Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology, which is also present in Tamil Nadu affiliated by Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi . This two colleges are different from another, and are two separate colleges.
