Both colleges have different pros and cons but definitely, IIT Allahabad has got a higher rank than NIT. In IIT Allahabad for EEE, there are lots of companies visiting the campus and higher opportunities are there to grow and learn more.
At NIT, there are different perks like studying at a lower cost than IIT Allahabad.
So it's all your choice. Your interest matters.
