Ranjan both the institutions are of world class experience level.We cannot compare these both institutions although IIIT Hyderabad is more famous for its high level performance in CSE ,for cse foreign people also come to hire.In other IIT Hyderabad has all the high level brain studying in the best environment in all the branches.You may prefer IIT Hyderabad as compared to IIIT because IIIT focuses more on CSE ,otherwise both are at a great level.
