Yess The IIIT counseling for Hyderabad is not included in JOSAA, since IIIT Hyderabad is a private institution and JOSAA includes onky the govt institutions therefore the Hyderabad Counselling of IIIT is not included.

IIITH considers only your JEE Mains marks, not the JEE Mains rank which till last year used to include your board marks as well. Thus it needed to have a seperate counselling of its own.
