Hello student you can use physics notes for clearing your basics but It won't help you much as IIT jee main is an undergraduate level entrance examination and IIT JAM is a postgraduate level entrance examination for admission in Msc and PHD courses.
So if you find relevant to use jee physics notes then you can use it otherwise make seprate notes for the preparation of IIT JAM.
