It is officially declared that from this year that from the year 2020 only NEET exam will conducted  so, as you asked AIIMS will not be conducted from this year 2020 as NMC  bill passed in the parliament which is based on the policy of 'One Nation One Exam'.

NEET 2020 is only required entrance exam for medical courses.
The admission to MBBS course in AIIMS, New Delhi, JIPMER and all AIIMS like Institutions will
be made through NEET. The eligibility criteria applicable to appear in NEET (UG) shall also be applicable
to the candidates who want to take admission to AIIMS.

You don't have to give multiple exams for mbbs, so no AIIMS exam will be conducted.
