Yes. Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University , Delhi takes admission for B.Tech based on the JEE mains Paper 1. 

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha university is recognised by UGC and has NAAC accredition A. It is one of the oldest universities. IN order to get admission in this university, till these years there was compulsory rules to pass in IPU CET . Whereas from this current year, the IPU is taking admission for students to study B.Tech based on the JEE Mains score. 

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University(GGSIPU) has already released admission form online. You need to go to their official website and apply online. 
For those who want to take admissions for B.Tech , they need not take IPUCET, instead they need to apply with their JEE Mains scores. Except for B.tech in Biotechnology, other B.tech courses doesnt require IPUCET. 

Firstly, you need to have appeared in JEE mains 2019 ( for admission in current academic year). There are certain eligibility criteria which is a must for all. Apart from these eligiblity criteria, there is no need for B.tech aspirants to take up IPU CET. 

You need to go to official website and fill the online application form with the National Level test registration number correctly, if you are taking admissions to B.tech other than B.tech bIotechnology. You have the CET code of 131 which is needed while applying. 
only qualified students in National level test or CET are considered for admissions through counselling. 

Appplication forms are available online from march 22, 2019. As for now, no last date for submission is mentioned yet, but tentatively it is given as last week of may.  Even for B.Arch , NATA scores are considered for admission through counselling. 
For B.tech Biotechnology - 

• Last date to fill application form - 29th april,2019
• Available of Admit cards- First week of May
• IPUCET - may 26, 2019
• Results - June7, 2019.

B.Tech biotech has a seperate IPUCET, and it comes under CET Code 130. This is the only exception in all B.Tech courses for which IPU CET is conducted. 

Apart from these, there are certain common eligibility criteria for B.tech students :

• Candidate must have passed 12th from recognised state or central board or any equivalent exam .
• Minimum aggregate of 55% required in Physics, Chemistry as well as mathematics.
• Must pass english as mode of study. 
• Candidates appearing for 12th exam are eligible. 
• Appearing in JEE main 1 is necessary . 
• Age limit - 21 years as on august 1 ,2019 . Relaxation per norms. 

These are few eligibility criteria , which on complying would get you eligible to get admission in IP university, Delhi. IPU will definitely take admissions for B.tech based on JEE scores.

Admissions in IP University, delhi this year is being done through JEE Mains Paper 1 only. There is no IPU CET being conducted for admission to Btech courses this year. Admission to all Btech courses expect Biotechnology will be done on the basis of your JEE Mains score only. Admission to only Btech Biotech will be done through their self conducted entrance exam- IPU CET. For the rest of the Btech courses, JEE Mains will be considered.
