Hello,

Appearing CET examination is not compulsory for studying BSc. Agriculture, but if you want to get admission in good colleges, your marks in CET exam can be advantageous to your admission. If you want to study in a Government college, you will need to appear CET, as most colleges select students on the basis of the marks scored in CET. Further, if you want to study in any private college, then most private colleges do not require CET marks. In addition, you need to score good in the qualifying examination of HSC, so that you can get admission in a reputed college or university, be it Government or Private.

Hope this helps!

Good Luck!!!
