Hii,Andhra University without doubt! Now before any JNTU students start hating me- both colleges are very similar in terms of teaching, curriculum and carelessness. But the only thing that makes AU better is it's location (heart of a city like vizag)

-Vizag being a cosmopolitan city, you tend to develop a broader perspective about life.

-You have more activities in and around the city. Even if the college doesn't necessarily have hobby clubs, you can easily join some private classes or clubs to improve your hobbies. And trust me, this comes in very handy in your career indirectly.

-You can easily find a part time job here.

-You can always go to the beach when you are frustrated

Hope,this information helpful for you.Goodluck.
