There are jobs which you can do after Bsc Hons Biotechnology:

R & D Jobs in Companies as Research Interns
R & D Intern Jobs in Govt Labs
Academic Jobs in Pvt as well as govt Colleges & Universities
QA / QC Jobs
Clinical Research Jobs
Production Jobs in Pharma Industry
Studentship / Fellowships followed by a Job

The salary would range between Rs.15000- Rs.20000 per month. If you will start as an intern then you stipend would be Rs.5000 per month.
