You can do MBA directly after B.com but you may not as you are passionate and serious about your career i would recommend you to first get 1-2 years of work experience and then go for MBA as it will give you some practical knowledge as well as it'll increase your chances of getting into a top level MBA college if aim to go for. Besides it for doing MBA from USA you need to have a minimum work experience of 2 years. Hope this answer might help you.

According to me it is good , the chances are high of getting job in future, because yoh have experience and skills to handle the business environment and you will get to know the trend and requirement and company will hire you first after MBA because you have experience. Thank you

You should go for some work experience before aiming at MBA directly. The benefits are you shall gain some work experience and skills before you get into theory.

Because you will have practical knowledge then it will make your theory easy.

It also depends which field you want to do MBA in like if in HR or finance then you can complete your MBA first so that you get good jobs later.
