CSE is the one that is better than or best of any courses in any college So I can say CSE is best followed with ece and then IT .IT is better than many courses in any college but I'm sure that it is not bigger than CSE but it is better than ece in some colleges.In college you have mentioned cse is superb.

First of all Congratulating you on your nice performance that you deserve such a good college and I would like to tell you that if you are asking about branch then I would suggest you to prefer computer science engineering over information technology because of its more scope and placement scenarios. So choose smartly considering my views.
