Is it must to join the alloted college in 1st allotment...without that can I participate in 2nd allotment?

Hello Surabhi,
It is not at all compulsory to join the medical or Dental college that you are allotted in first round of counseling.
To participate in the 2nd counseling and apply for upgradation, you must visit the allotted college (that you are allotted in 1st round, in the given time period) and inform the college that you want to apply for upgradation.

Dear Aspirant

No, its not necessary to join allotted college for participating in round-2.

No candidates need not report or join the allotted college of Round 1 since there is free exit .However if they want to hold the Round 1 seat they can join the college of Round 1 and give up gradation willingness for Round 2.
