is it necessary to appear for the physics and chem paper to get a rank in keam? please help im very confused

Hello,
Yes Physics and Chemistry are compulsory subjects for KEAM exam.
For admission into engineering courses, a student must appear for Paper I (Physics and Chemistry) and Paper-II (Mathematics), conducted in two days sessions.
For admission into B.pharm courses, candidates need to appear for only Paper 1.
The syllabus for Physics, Chemistry and Maths is based on 10+2 or Higher Secondary level exam.
