Hello Arpit

As per NIOS open school guidelines students who want to apply for 12th standard are required to submit the following documents :

10th Class Pass Marks Sheet & Certificate from Recognized Board

Address Proof (Parents)/Rent Agreement

Three Latest Coloured Photographs (Passport Size)

As nothing is mentioned regarding 11th standard I think you can apply.
