So the rank which you have mentioned you can get the following branches as per previous year's cut-offs or closing ranks you have decent chances of getting CSE in second round of counselling but note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

 as per evalution of last year's pessat cut off trends the cutoff for cse in the round 1 was less than 550. so you might be able to get it smoothly.
