Yes!!if your an pcmb student then u definitely can attempt both jee and neet ....I did too ...jee is great for practicing for neet ( the physics and chemistry part) ..just make sure the dates don't collide ..but keep Ur mind fixed on any one of course because the results will be at different times and u may waste a seat waiting for Ur neet results even though your jee is out

Yes it is possible to give both exams together.

I have even seen people getting through JEE mains and NEET exam together with higher ranks in both. 

It only comes down to how much efforts you can put in and in what your interests are. 

If you want to prepare for both and are confused as in to do medical or engineering you can surely give both.

Yes, it is possible to give both NEET and JEE entrance exam if you fulfill eligibility criteria of both the exams. Many students use to appear for both the exams.
