Both examinations can be taken at the same time. I've even seen folks pass both the JEE mains and the NEET test with greater scores in both.
You need to mention the app for which you want to set the exam notification. You can also follow up for notifications by making two different login credentials and subscribing each with the two logins might seem helpful.
