Dear Himanshu
If you get seat in any university, and you need to submit all certificates(originals) there to confirm your admission and if you want to prepare for jee, you can. But once you get rank in jee you need to pay entire fee(4 years) to the college management for getting your certificates and you can opt nit/iit. But my opinion is if you're really interested in taking that JEE caching then don't join in any university, just focus on that.
All the best. Choose wise Decision.
