Dear aspirant !

Hope you are doing great ! You can transfer from one college to another college but they should be of same university ,and you can't transfer from one university to other and one more important thing that tranfer of college under same university is not an easy process ,a lot of problems ,round around administration office etc will have to face , contact concerned authorities of your college before doing that .
