Let me tell you that according to me the material resource book is not enough for preparing JEE mains.
However, you might be able to clear the cutoff but won't be able to get a good rank.
So ,you can try for NCERT or some other book which are good for JEE mains.

The master book is good for practising questions and study each concept in short form. I would suggest you to try other books also and practise previous year questions which will be very helpful for you understand the topic wise questions and their level in the examination.
