Since you haven't mentioned the programme in which you wish to take admission, I won't be able to provide exact details. But, mathematics is not required for all programmes of JAM. If you wish to appear for Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Geology or Physics test papers, Mathematics is not a mandatory subject for many programmes.
