Hello subodh,
political science is a part of art stream and if you haven't had art stream in 11th and 12th standard, then there will be deduction of approximately 5% or 2.5 percent depending on the college you are getting admission in  from the total of your top four subjects percentage

Subodh Sangwan If you change your stream then there will be definitely deduction in your percentage that can be of 2.5 or 5
