National Aptitude test in Architecture (NATA) is a national level  Undergraduate entrance exam, conducted by The Council of Architecture , for the purpose of granting admission to the deserving candidates into the 5 year B.Arch / B. Plan degree courses offered by various renowned institutions across the country.
It is conducted twice a year. Candidates can appear in one or both the attempts of NATA.

Yes NATA is only for Architecture and not for interior design. For Interior design, you need to follow its courses. The full form of NATA is National Aptitude Test in Architecture.
