Hello Ravikant

NEET 2019 will be conducted in English, Hindi, Urdu and 8  regional languages- Tamil, Telugu, Oriya, Kannada, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali and Assamese.
However, the regional papers would be bilingual. In case of any discrepancy in the translations, the English version of the question would be considered final. So, do not worry, if you've chosen Hindi as the language of the question paper, then it'll be in both Hindi as well as in English language.

Hope this helps.!
Good Luck.!
