If you select Hindi, the questions would be given both in Hindi and English. This is not just with Hindi. Now NEET is available in 14 languages and so apart from English, if you choose any other language except for English, the questions will be given both in that language and English. But if you have chosen English as your language for the Question paper, the questions will be asked only in English.
