Yes NIOS students are eligible for AIIMS DELHI. NTA has allowed NIOS and all other recognized open school candidates to apply and appear in NEET. At the same time, NIOS are allowed to take admission in AIIMS DELHI. You can  not only are eligible for AIIMS DELHI but also in any other medical college around the country which takes admission through the common entrance exam.  You can check out this college predictor link -
