Hello Vikash,
Yes surely you can take admission in DU after NTT course.  For few subjects the university conduct entrance examination. If you have 60% or above marks in your respected field then you can take direct admission.

If you want to take admission in DU. Their basic eligibility to take admission in any streams is candidate must have cleared 10+2 with minimum 50-60%.
Admission in some Courses is Merit+ entrance exams
If NTTC is equivalent to 10+2 then you can take admission in DU
Or you can persue Diploma in NTTT in other Universities/ Colleges
