Though with pharma D, you can complete your course faster and open a pharmacy easily, but I would say, B.pharma is always better than pharma D.

In D pharm you study pharmaceutical science, medicine ,pharmacology in basic level but in Bpharm you study those and other areas more deeply and throughout. You will have better understanding of medicine ,pharmacology, adverse effect and other stuff . You will perform more practical related to formulation of different pharmaceutical formulations, cosmetic formulation etc.
