Is PHE included in calculation of best 4 for BA Hindi Hons in Hindu College?

By PHE, I am assuming you are talking about Physical Education.

To answer your question, yes.

Under the new List-A guidelines of Delhi University, Physical Education has been promoted to a core subject and can be used in the calculation for best of 4 score.

When it comes to Hindi Hons, you can include PE as one of your best 4 subjects. You will need to have Hindi or a variant of it as your core, language subject. Keep that in mind.
