Hii Amistesh!
UPES offers admissions to candidates on the basis of its entrance examination. This is for UG and well as pg courses. You need to fill up the application form and then sit for the exam. This is the way to get admission in the course you are interested in. It depends on your preparation wheather it is easy or hard. CS and related courses are offered in Mtech also. So you can choose whatever is feasible for you. Hope this helps.
