No AIIMS is not going to conduct entrance exam for MBBS this year.

Health Ministry has scrapped AIIMS and JIPMER exam and now NEET( National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test) is the  only medical entrance exam in India.

You need to fill AIIMS form after NEET for counselling.

No, aiims ug 2020 examination will not be conducted ,and not only aiims but both AIIMS mbbs and Jipmer examination will not be conducted .

This is because  now both aiims ug and Jipmer ug have been scrapped off and have been merged with neet ug examination .

So now neet is the only gateway to all the medical colleges of India including all the aiims and Jipmer as well. So even if you want to get into aiims and Jipmer you need to write neet examination only.
