Hey there buddy , Jipmer doesn't consider your supplementary marks. They are based solely on your performance in the entrance exam. But for the eligibility criteria of JIPMER 2019, the qualifying marks has been decreased for each category. This year, an Economically Weaker Section category has also been added. In order to be eligible , the qualifying percentile for Unreserved and EWS category has been decreased from 60% to 50%. While for SC/ST/OBC/PwD and Unreserved-PwD candidates, it is 40% and 45%, Good luck
