No, students of states other than Tamil Nadu does not have any other admission process. The only test conducted is TNEA and so the admission process is the same.

In such a case except for documents of eligibility of nativity ( that you are a native or belong to Tamil Nadu ), all other documents are to be provided like educational documents, age documents and medical and physical details for marine engineering.
