There is no such criteria that you should have 75% attendence in your school. If your school does not have any problems regarding the same, then you can focus on your JEE preparation but don't forget your school tests and exams and also try to attend the school more than you have decided to do so. If you are attending your school, then that is also somehow helping in your preparations. But if you want to study by your own or with the help of some coaching institute, you can do so. You can also consult your school regarding the attendance criteria. It all depends on you and your school.

Yes 75% attendence criteria is still there for class12 boards. You have to make sure you cleared this criteria, else you can get a letter from your school . However if you study from private institute, then that institute will automatically manage your attendance.
Please make sure attend minimum four days per week of the school to avoid any inconvenience.
You had to clear all the eligibility criteria set by cbse committee for sitting in board examination. Or a better option will be to choose a private institute for board studies.
