No there is no weightage of the intermediate marks in jee mains .They just see your jee exam score.

I have got 140 marks in jee main but I got 740 my inter marks so I qualify for jee mains?

No, they dont give weightage to intermediate as the admissions are completely based on Jee rank so I would suggest you to try to get 250 at least if you wish to get seat in top NITs.

No, there is no weightage for intermediate marks in JEE exam but you need 75% marks in your boards exam or you should be in top 20 percentile to be eligible for NITs/IIITs anf GFTIs.
