379 is a low score to get any government MBBS or BDS colleges in general category. This year the cutoffs for NEET will increase.So the chances are rare.Even if you get it..it will be in state quota since all India seats quota requires higher marks. But you may get private bds and mbbs colleges. Check the previous year cutoffs of various colleges to get a clearer idea about this.
