Hello,
The chances of getting a college in different state while missing a seat in your state by 20 marks are less, as you'll be eligible for 15% quota seats in different state which usually has a higher cutoff than state cutoffs.

The following are the cutoffs with respective categories:-

Category	Cut Off Percentile	Cut Off Score	Number of Candidates
Unreserved	50 ^th	701 – 134	704335
OBC/ SC/ ST	40 ^th	133 – 107	90243
Unreserved – PH	45 ^th	133 – 120	266
OBC/ SC/ ST – PH	40 ^th	119 – 107	388
