Honestly there are very low chances as cutoffs fall within 20000 ranks for premium branches like CSE and ECE.

However, you hav egood prospects with following :

VIt Chennai - Civil and Fashion technology engineering
VIT vellore - Civil and Production engineering
VIT Amravati and VIT Bhopal All branches.
