Most probably there will be an up gradation in the previously filled in choices in the sliding round but there is a chance for degradation also.There is no risk of losing the seat. Only higher preferred seat will be given or presently allotted seat is retained. It is similar to other rounds, only other difference being participants are only those who were allotted seats previously and did not withdraw. This round is to give upgradations due to withdrawals. As simple as that.
