Dear Sanjiv, 379 marks are very less for General Category. Given the fact that the seats are less, the cut offs are usually higher. If you want to know the scores that got the seats in Deemed Colleges through All India Counselling, log on to the website, go to home page, and go to medical counselling. Open Undergraduate and open composite list. From the information present there younwill see you will get an idea of the pattern of previous years. It is also available in downloadable pdf format. This list will have Closing and Opening ranks along with Category ranks too. This will give you an idea of which colleges you might have a shot at.
